These terms and conditions govern the use of the Inspiration Desert website and the booking of desert tours and activities in Morocco.

Acceptance of terms
By browsing this website or placing a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book a trip.
Our services
Inspiration Desert organises private desert tours and activities in southern Morocco: multi-day itineraries from Marrakech to Merzouga, Erg Chigaga and Zagora, 4×4 excursions, camel treks, desert camps, quad biking and sandboarding. Full descriptions, itineraries and prices are shown on each tour page.
Bookings and confirmation
You can reserve a trip through the website form, WhatsApp, phone or email. A booking is confirmed once the required details are provided and, where required, the deposit described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy is received. Confirmation details are sent to you before departure.
Prices and payments
Prices are shown in the currency you select (EUR, MAD or USD), are per person unless stated otherwise, and include the services listed on the relevant tour page. Prices may change before a booking is confirmed; once confirmed, the agreed price remains fixed. Payments can be made by secure card or in cash in Morocco.
Itinerary changes and force majeure
We work hard to follow published itineraries, but desert conditions — sand, wind and weather — can change quickly. We may adjust routes or timings when necessary for safety or comfort. In cases of force majeure beyond our reasonable control, we will propose alternatives or a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Your responsibilities
Please provide accurate details when booking and carry valid travel documents. Travel insurance is strongly recommended, including cover for cancellations and medical needs. If you have health conditions that could affect a tour, please tell us before booking. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Liability
Desert tours and activities involve some inherent risk and are undertaken at your own risk. We take reasonable care to provide safe equipment, experienced drivers and guides, and well-maintained vehicles. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Your data
Information you share with us is used to answer your enquiry or prepare your booking, as described in our Privacy Policy. We never sell your personal information.
