Cancellation & Refund Policy
This page explains how to cancel a booking with Inspiration Desert and when a refund is due.

Free cancellation window
For most multi-day tours, you can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the departure date. If your plans change within this window, simply let us know and no fees apply.
Deposits and balance
A deposit may be requested to secure your booking. The remaining balance is payable at the start of the tour, in cash or by card, unless another arrangement was agreed when booking.
Cancellation by you
For bookings cancelled 7 days or more before departure, your deposit is refunded in full. For cancellations made fewer than 7 days before departure, or in the case of a no-show, the deposit is not refundable. Half-day activities can usually be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with a full refund.
Late arrival and no-show
If you do not arrive at the agreed meeting point or do not join the tour, the booking is treated as a no-show and no refund applies. If you are running late, contact us on WhatsApp at +212 7 10 37 79 58 and we will do our best to help.
Cancellation by us
In the rare case that we cancel a tour for reasons within our control, you receive a full refund or a free transfer to an alternative date. Cancellations due to force majeure are handled fairly, with the aim of offering an alternative or refund.
How to cancel
To cancel, send us a WhatsApp message at +212 7 10 37 79 58 or an email to contact@inspirationdesert.com with your name and booking date. We confirm the cancellation and any refund by email.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days after the cancellation is confirmed, to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Terms & Conditions
This policy forms part of our Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict with a specific tour description, this policy takes precedence for cancellation and refund matters.
