You only pay a small deposit online to confirm your place; the balance is paid on arrival. Every booking is confirmed by email and WhatsApp within 24 hours.

To guarantee your place on the camel trek and desert camp, we ask for a small online deposit — a percentage of the total tour price — paid securely through Stripe or PayPal. The remaining balance is settled in cash or by card at the start of your tour, in Marrakech, Zagora, M'Hamid or Merzouga. No hidden fees, ever.

Life happens, and we stay flexible. Contact us at least 48 hours before departure and you can move your dates to any available tour free of charge, or cancel and receive a full refund of your deposit. Open a ticket on this page or message us on WhatsApp and we will handle your request the same day.

Prices are displayed in EUR, MAD or USD — switch at any time with the currency selector in the header. Your deposit is charged in the currency you choose. The balance on arrival is usually paid in euros (EUR) or Moroccan dirhams (MAD), whichever suits you best.

Most of our tours include free hotel pickup in Marrakech, and we also arrange departures from Zagora, M'Hamid and Merzouga depending on the itinerary. We confirm your exact pickup time and driver details by WhatsApp or email the day before your departure.
